Whether installing modular furniture, shelving, warehouse racking, or case goods (stand alone) furniture, C Serv can complete the task with fixed pricing and flexible scheduling. We follow a simple process to complete the task.
C Serv has teams dedicated to the receiving, delivery, and installation of new furniture. We can provide warehousing, furniture delivery, installation, and relocation services.

6 Step Process
Configuration/space planning - for smaller projects, we work with our clients on an hourly basis to put together simple drawings with the factors available. For larger projects, we partner with a space planner to complete any requirements. Space planners generally help with installation drawings and create a bill of materials for ordering parts.
Receive and inventory parts - the C Serv receiving process includes physical inspection of all boxes/crates, notation of any visible damage, and verification against bill of lading/packing list. Discrepancy or damage reports will be provided. C Serv has an off site staging and temporary storage facility if furniture and miscellaneous parts cannot be delivered directly or if the delivery must be accepted before your site is ready. The C Serv facility maintains receiving hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time.
Deliver and stage - once the facility is ready, we check and load the inventory, deliver it and then stage it efficiently in the designated space to minimize installation time.
Install - Our installers work quickly and efficiently to guarantee the configuration of the selected furniture is accurate. A final master punch list of all installation problems and exceptions are prepared and followed up by the C Serv installation supervisor.
Electrical - C Serv partners with experienced electricians to handle any electrical connection requirements for systems furniture installations.
Data and Phone line cabling - In addition, we can arrange to have your data and phone lines run by one of our partner companies that specialize in those services.
