Cynthia Stewart - President / Sales and Business Development
Cynthia Stewart has a background in the office relocation industry that began in 1987 upon her arrival to Austin, Texas. She began as a sales representative for EDC Bekins where she managed such accounts as IBM and Hewlett Packard. Her expertise in transporting computers and high value electronics began when coordinating tradeshows for Dell Computer and many other companies. She later worked for Move Solutions where she gained the confidence of such customers as the IRS and State Farm Insurance while managing their office relocations and modular furniture installations. Prior to ownership of CServ, Cynthia was the Branch Manager of Bess Office Services where she managed clients such as Bank of America, Trammell Crow and TxDot. She also managed local office and field personnel while coordinating all field projects throughout Texas.

Cynthia served as Membership Chairman for IFMA (International Facilities Manager Association) for two years in Austin. She has been active in our community by her involvement as Chairman for projects including Habitat for Humanity. As a major stockholder of CServ, Cynthia is proud to be a HUB Certified Vendor.

Chance Reed - Chief Operating Officer / Founder
Chance Reed has been involved in the moving industry since he was in junior high school, when he started doing contract moving work for van line agents and long haul truckers in Dallas/Fort Worth during the summers with his father. Chance attended the University of Texas at Austin and spent the majority of his corporate career in purchasing, operations, and product management with high-tech firms of varying sizes including Compaq Computers (now HP), Spectro Analytical Instruments, Asoma Instruments, and BOXX Technologies.
Chance founded C Serv because he noticed a lack of customer service focus in the commercial moving industry in Austin while working for high-tech firms. Because Chance has worked for companies of all sizes, he has unique insight into what is important to companies of different sizes during times of change, whether it be expansion or layoffs. Chance's goal for C Serv is that the company improve the commercial moving experience for clients and take the burden of moving stress on as its own.

Ryan Reed - Operations / Founder
Ryan Reed joined C Serv as its Operations Manager in 2006 after he graduated from the University of Texas with a BA in Business Economics. Ryan's education, demeanor, and experience make him a huge asset to C Serv.
Ryan's experience includes working in facilities for a large high tech company in Austin and as a move supervisor for several years for a large moving agent in Houston. He has learned both what is important to both large and small corporate customers.
Ryan brings caring and understanding to C Serv. In his spare time, Ryan enjoys playing golf and spending time with his Great Dane, Hank.

Mike Reed - Large project coordinator
Mike Reed has extensive sales and operations experience within the commercial moving industry. Mike spent 10 years in operations management for a large van line in Dallas primarily focused on planning and managing large office relocation projects.
Mike was then hired by Polson, Coats & Associates Inc. where he spent 8 years as a Senior relocation consultant planning and executing multimillion dollar relocation projects for large corporations through out the United States. Tired of the travel requirements, Mike took an outside sales position with Daryl Flood Allied in Houston where he spent 6 years selling commercial moves.
